“Never, ever have I tasted brisket or pulled pork as succulent, and perfectly smoked as at Carnivore BBQ. The closest competitor I know of are the short ribs at Citronelle. Both are unique and divine but a meal at Citronelle costs $200+ as opposed to about $12 at Carnivore.
It’s about $10 a sandwich plus $2.00 for beans, which surpass any beans we have ever tasted. We forgot to serve the beans with the sandwiches at our last party that carnivore catered, but we discovered them late in the meal. We served them as a separate course!. Our foodie friends devoured them.
If you are lucky enough to meet Steve, the pitmaster, you’ll have some added pleasure. He is as pleasant and accommodating as you can find, and has extensive knowledge. If you use Carnivore for catering, he’ll assist you with any questions or concerns.”
