Carnivore BBQ is going mobile…

For years, customers have driven as far away as Texas to get my BBQ. That’s right, Texas. They would line up early in the morning to savor our signature brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, ribs, links (sausage) and fixings at The Bethesda Central, Riverdale, Beltsville, and Kensington Farm Markets or at the DC BBQ Battle, Rockville Classic Car Show, Wine in The Woods, or other special catering events.

We thought it was only fair to return the flavor. Look for our Carnivore BBQ lunch truck prowling your neighborhood.

Everyone asks us, “Do you still use Ol’ Smoky to cook your BBQ?” Of course we do.

You’ll still see Ol’ Smoky at your favorite farm market listed above and tell your local farm market to add us. For our Farm Markets, we team up with Maryland’s only Certified Green Caterer, Geppetto Catering, using only locally sourced (organic whenever possible) ingredients and Mother Earth friendly packaging.

At Carnivore BBQ, we try our best to deliver fresh, wholesome, gourmet caliber food. We blend care with craft, art, and only the finest ingredients to create our signature dishes. We locally source our provisions and prepare from scratch our own slaws, sauces, and rubs. The pit master roasts our meats slowly over real hard-wood. In fact, it takes 22 hours to smoke both our brisket and pulled pork.

Moreover, we offer a relaxed friendly atmosphere because while life may be short, it should be sweet whenever possible. Eat in good health from all of us at Carnivore BBQ.
